4. Pricing & Payments



  • All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Livo reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Full payment must be received before order processing.
  • We are not responsible for additional bank charges, currency conversion fees, or payment gateway fees.






5. Shipping & Delivery



  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Livo is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.






6. Returns & Refunds



Returns are governed by our official Return & Refund Policy (14 Days). By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept those terms.


Livo reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving refunds.





7. No Exchanges



Livo does not offer product exchanges. Customers wishing to change size or item must place a new order and request a return for the original item (subject to approval under the Return Policy).

  • However, actual colors may vary due to screen settings and lighting.
  • Minor variations do not qualify as defects.

Violation may result in cancellation of orders and restriction of access.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
