1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak periods, processing times may be extended slightly.
2. Delivery Timeframe
- Estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.
Livo is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by authorities are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
- Livo is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
- If an order is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.
- In cases where a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, Livo will review and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable laws, including Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 2008.
6. Completion of Delivery
Once delivery has been confirmed at the provided address, Livo’s responsibility for the shipment is considered fulfilled.
