Refund policy


Livo – Return & Refund Policy (12Days)

At Livo, customer satisfaction is important to us. In accordance with applicable consumer regulations in the State of Qatar, including Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 2008, we offer a 12-day return policy under the following conditions:


1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 12 calendar days from the date of delivery.

 

 


2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

 


  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Items must be free from stains, odors, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided

Livo reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.

 


3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Undergarments and bodysuits
  • Swimwear (if hygiene seal is removed)
  • Accessories (including earrings and hair accessories)
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Customized or altered products


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

 

 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos of the issue must be provided


After review, Livo will issue a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including delivery fees where applicable.



5. Refunds

 

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


6. No Exchanges

 

 

 

Livo does not offer exchanges. Customers wishing to change size or item must place a new order and request a return for the original item (subject to approval).

 


 

 

7. Return Shipping

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Livo is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments


 

 

 

8. Policy Updates

 

Livo reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time in compliance with applicable laws. Changes will take effect upon posting on our website.

In cases of suspected misuse, excessive returns, or fraudulent activity, Livo reserves the right to refuse service or returns in accordance with applicable laws of the State of Qatar.
